Ultra filtration Systems

Ultrafiltration is a membrane filtration that can be used to remove particles, high molecular solutes, bacteria and viruses from the water. While the water is forced through the membrane, the particles are retained by the membrane by means of a screening effect.

We manufacture the ultrafiltration systems individually and tailor-made to meet your requirements. Depending on the application, hollow fiber, capillary, tube or winding modules are used. Depending on the quality of the feed water and the type of module used, pretreatment may be necessary.

The ultrafiltration systems have a modular design, whereby the piping can be made of PVC, PE, PP or stainless steel according to customer requirements.

A PLC with process visualization ensures the fully automatic operation of the filtration system. The various parameters can be entered via a touch panel. All relevant operating parameters are recorded electronically.
